I spent 15 years as a UX/product person with roots in engineering, but lately I find myself focused on building and scaling effective teams, and focusing on climate change. Early on, I did more writing - I wrote a book and an XML spec, I should get back to that. I founded two startups. I've spent most of my career in New York. These days, I live in Medellín, Colombia (not Columbia).
